Bill Rosenberry is a real estate and business attorney with over 54 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions and business representation. Previously Board Certified in Family Law for over 20 years. Bill is now Board Certified in Commercial and Residential real estate law since 1983. During that period of time, Bill has also been an Escrow Officer for various title companies. Additionally, he has extensive experience in Estate Planning and Probate matters. Bill has served on the board of directors of Southwest Securities Bank and Equitable Bank. He has appeared before state and federal courts over many years.

Bill is the Manager of Arlington Triple R Properties, Ltd. and has served as a member of the Arlington City Board of Adjustment and as President of the Athletic Booster Club of Pantego Christian Academy. Bill has been on the Board of Directors of numerous other organizations including the Arlington Margarita Society, as a Director of Children’s Charities of Fort Worth, Inc., Baylor Bear Foundation, Rotary International, the Arlington Bar Association and Young Men for Arlington.

Bill earned his undergraduate degree from University of Texas-Arlington in Business Administration and his Juris Doctorate degree from Baylor University.
