Wesly C. Maness

Attorney Wesly C. Maness is an established and well-respected attorney and has represented clients in multiple State and Federal courts throughout Texas. Wes joins the office of Harris Cook as Of Counsel and will lead the firm’s Construction Practice. Wes typically represents Commercial Builder, General Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Owners, Suppliers, and Engineers, among other professionals within the Construction Industry. Wes also represents clients in matters of Business and Commercial Litigation and Business Torts.

Wes is active in the legal community throughout Arlington and North Texas. He is a member of the Texas Association of General Counsel, Construction Law Section of the State Bar of Texas, Board of Directors for the Arlington Bar Association, and he is on the Board of Directors for the Arlington Museum of Art, among many other community involvements.
