Olivia A. Sheppard Senior Associate Attorney

Olivia A. Sheppard is a dedicated family law attorney focused on divorce, child custody, and complex family law matters. Known for her fearless, results-driven advocacy, Olivia guides clients through some of life’s most challenging transitions with strength, compassion, and clarity.

In August 2025, Olivia joined Harris Cook LLP to launch the firm’s Family Law Division in Southlake. She brings years of litigation and family law experience to her practice, offering clients trusted counsel and effective representation in high-stakes cases.

Olivia earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, where she was a proud member of Chi Omega. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law, where she was recognized as a Bowen Scholar and externed for Justice Robin Wynne of the Arkansas Supreme Court.

She began her career at the Trammell-Piazza Law Firm in Texarkana, Arkansas, gaining substantial trial experience in business disputes, catastrophic personal injury, and nursing home abuse litigation. In 2019, she founded her own firm dedicated exclusively to family law before relocating to Texas, where she practiced with Beal Law Firm prior to joining Harris Cook LLP.

Olivia is admitted to practice in Texas, Arkansas, and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas. She is an active member of the Texas Bar Association, Arkansas Bar Association, Tarrant County Bar Association, and the Tarrant County Family Law Bar Association. She was also recognized by Four States Living Magazine as one of its “Fabulous 40 Under 40.”

Outside the office, Olivia enjoys Pilates and attending productions at Bass Hall in Fort Worth. She also spends much of her free time traveling with family and supporting her nephew and niece, Isaac and Charleigh, at their many Argyle Eagles sporting events and activities.
