We strive to maintain a reputation with clients, attorneys and courts for professionalism and proficiency. We seek to aggressively advocate for all of our clients to create individualized, fair and functional solutions.
Texas probate can be a relatively simple matter if you leave a will. It can protect your loved ones and make settlement of your affairs much less of a burden. For our clients with simple needs, we offer a special flat fee package that includes your will, a durable power of attorney (to allow a trusted person to take care of your business in the event you are unable to do so), a medical power of attorney (to allow a trusted person to take care of your medical decisions in the event you are unable to do so), and a Directive to Physician (commonly known as a “living will”).
For those with more involved estates, especially those that may have estate tax implications, we recommend that your tax and financial professionals be included in the discussions to plan for your estate. A comprehensive estate plan can be created, and complex wills, trusts, and other documents can be drafted to implement your estate plan.
