Kimberly Newcomer-Fitzpatrick joined Harris Cook LLP in February 2008. Kimberly received her Bachelors of Business Administration in International Business and Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from Texas Wesleyan University in 2003. She also received her Juris Doctorate from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law in 2009.
Kimberly has worked in the following areas for approximately nine years: business torts and commercial litigation, personal injury and civil litigation, business formations, probate, real estate and insurance litigation. She is admitted to practice in the State of Texas and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Kimberly is also a fully qualified mediator.
