Brody Shanklin handles most types of criminal law cases. Brody has a unique and invaluable combination of experience in law enforcement, criminal prosecution, and criminal defense. Prior to attending law school, Brody served as a Fort Worth police officer. As an attorney, Brody has served as a criminal defense attorney in private practice and as a 1st. LT. in the 22nd LSO for the U.S. Army Reserves. He has also served as an Assistant Criminal District Attorney for Denton County, Texas, and as a Municipal Prosecutor for the City of Crowley, Texas. Brody’s extensive experience and training (including field sobriety testing) in the criminal justice system provides him with the insight necessary to truly evaluate your case and help you consider your options.
