A dispute regarding a contract is at the core of much commercial and business litigation.  Contract disputes leading to litigation often involve such questions as:  Was there a contract formed?  What does the contract mean?  Has the contract been breached?  Can I get my money back?  What damages were incurred?  Can we get the other side to pay for our attorney’s fees?    If a case goes to trial, some of the questions can only be answered by the judge.  Other questions may be submitted to a jury for answers.  Our attorneys have experience in trying complex commercial and business cases involving multiple parties, and have represented many different types of small businesses, large businesses, and individuals from both the plaintiff’s and defendant’s perspective.  Our development of the evidence and diligent preparation for trial often leads to a settlement prior to trial.
