The firm was founded by the late Hon. Chris Harris (1948-2015) and includes attorneys David Cook and Kimberly Fitzpatrick. Attorney Kimberly Fitzpatrick, an experienced litigator and certified mediator, leads the firm's Arlington office. Cook currently serves as mayor of his hometown, Mansfield, Texas.
